GAIC Group Launches First CSR Initiative in Partnership with E-Carga

May 7, 2025 — Tondo, Manila — In a meaningful step towards community engagement and social responsibility, the GAIC Group successfully launched its first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in partnership with logistics provider E-Carga. The activity focused on the delivery and donation of essential office materials to Felipe G. Calderon Integrated School – High School, located on Hermosa Street in Tondo, Manila.
Under the theme “Serving the Community, building a Better Tomorrow,” the CSR program was led by Mr. Jan Ivan Santamaria and Mr. Raymond Diaz, who spearheaded the planning and coordination of the event. The initiative reflects GAIC Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and fostering community development.

The donation was formally received by the school’s facilities team, represented by Ms. Camille Mirabel Casela (Department Head - Filipino and Brigada Eskwela Chairperson), Dr. Cheryl Jamora (Department Head - Math), Re Nee Ocan (School Administrative Officer IV), Ms. Irish Winni Sanqui (Department Head - Araling Panlipunan), and Mr. Willy Llagas (Department Head - TLE Vocational). They were later joined by the School Principal, Mr. Sonny D. Valenzuela, who expressed gratitude on behalf of the entire school community.
This initiative marks a promising start for GAIC Group’s CSR efforts, reinforcing its role not only as a leader in its industry but also as a responsible corporate citizen dedicated to creating positive change in society.
